"We initially employed eNS under a 12-month service contract starting July 2001, following an initial contract with another service provider. eNS's remit was to ensure that the IT infrastructure that we had at the time would be maintained and enhanced to meet our rapidly evolving business needs. The first and foremost objective was to get the system reliable and user friendly, which at the time it was not. Secondly to recommend growth steps which were cost effective. Thirdly to be aware of the importance of the application to the end users (our staff) and finally to recommend and discuss alternatives at all stages.

eNS has met all of these requirements since that time, enabling us to become totally reliant on the technology without the fear of loss of business continuity. We now have excellent back up and restore facilities, secure remote working via the Internet and an efficient office network.
eNS has invested in understanding our business and the application software and is able to support problems that arise and recommend improvements both in tools and methods.

eNS's communication with both management and staff within our company has always been clear, precise and appropriate. We have established a rapport with eNS where we don't consider them as 'externals' but part of our team. We recently completed a painless office move without loss of service during business hours. eNS preplanned the logistics and carried out the shutdown and restart of the servers and services.

Our IT systems are business critical and performing very well and our financial investment is moderate by many organisations' standards. The contract has recently been renewed for a further 12 months. "
